MS Gil Eanes

Named after the famous Portuguese navigator, Gil Eanes is a Premium three-deck ship specially designed for the river Douro. Its elegant taupe, bronze, and white interior are perfectly combined with blue shades to match Portuguese tile designs and colours. Along with great cuisine, you'll experience comfortable cabins and modern amenities on every deck. These include a lounge and bar area with a dance floor, evening entertainment, a restaurant, a sun deck with loungers and a terrace area. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are featured throughout and there's also a 24-hour reception.

Climate control means you'll be able to keep the temperature comfortable, creating a space that's all your own during your time on board. The restaurant onboard Gil Eanes offers traditional open seating, with fixed meal times. Wake up to buffet style breakfasts, serving both hold and cold dishes, enjoy 3-course lunches, accompanied by pasta and salad stations, and sit down to lavish waiter-served dinners that are inspired by local gastronomy. Prepaid drinks cards are available to purchase on board ship for use in the bar and restaurant.
